The P.A.T.A.S program (Prevention and Advocacy Towards Addressing Sexual Harassment) is CSPC's commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for all members of the academic community. We stand firm in our zero-tolerance policy against all forms of sexual harassment.
What is Sexual Harassment?
Sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:
- Submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of employment or academic status
- Submission to or rejection of such conduct is used as a basis for employment or academic decisions
- Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with work or academic performance
- Creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment
