About P.A.T.A.S

The P.A.T.A.S program (Prevention and Advocacy Towards Addressing Sexual Harassment) is CSPC's commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for all members of the academic community. We stand firm in our zero-tolerance policy against all forms of sexual harassment.

Important: Sexual harassment is illegal and will not be tolerated at CSPC. All complaints are treated with the utmost confidentiality and investigated thoroughly.

What is Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:

  • Submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of employment or academic status
  • Submission to or rejection of such conduct is used as a basis for employment or academic decisions
  • Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with work or academic performance
  • Creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment
